Learned Counsel for the respondent submits, that the amount as stated in the Pursis at Annexure-E, Serial No.1, i.e., Rs 13,500/-, as claimed under the notice dated 20.09.2017, stands paid to the petitioner, in light of the deposit dated 21.12.2019, in Darkhast No.86/2018.

This position is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Insofar as the rent @ Rs.2,000/- per month for the period from 16.04.2015 up to July 2019, amounting to Rs.1,03,000/-, the learned Counsel for the respondent submits, that substantial amounts have already been deposited in the Small Cause Court in the above Darkhast and if there is any shortfall, the same shall be paid.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, states that he will verify the deposit before the Small Cause Court. 4.
The statement, as made by the learned Counsel for respondent, is accepted and recorded, in light of which, the present contempt petition is disposed of. In case after accounting, any shortfall is found, the same can be recovered in the Darkhast. JUDGE J.Pethe
