From the perusal of the reply, it would reveal that the petitioner's wife does not suffer from such a disease, which would require the petitioner to be with her.
In that view of the matter, we find that no interference is warranted. The petition is thus rejected.
Fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only).
