This petition takes exception to the order dated 13.09.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Seloo, below Exhibit 98 in Regular Civil Suit No.21/2014.

By the order impugned, the learned trial Court has rejected the application filed by the present petitioner/defendant for amendment of written statement.

Considering the fact that suit is at the stage of final argument, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petition is dismissed. However, it would be open to the petitioner to raise the challenge to the impugned order in appeal, if the decree adverse to the petitioner is passed.
