Perused documents which are attempted to be pressed into service to show births of other children in the family.

In writ petition, effort was to have date of birth corrected from 5.9.1981 to 23.8.1982.

This Court has already found that some disputed questions arise. Merely by producing these documents, those disputed questions cannot be answered. For resolution of disputed questions, the petitioner/applicant should have approached the civil Court or other competent Authority. Hence, .....2/-
