By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of condition No.5(iii) in the order dated 07/10/2024.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that inadvertently in the order dated 07/10/2024, the condition is imposed that "the applicant shall not enter into the jurisdiction of police station M.I.D.C., Nagpur, till culmination of the trial". In fact, the victim is residing within the jurisdiction of Mankapur police station and not within the jurisdiction of M.I.D.C. police station, therefore, said condition be modified.

Learned APP has no objection for the same.

In view of that, the condition imposed while passing order on 07/10/2024 in clause 5(iii) be modified as "the applicant shall not enter into the jurisdiction of
