Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the application is filed for grant of bail on the ground that there is a delay in the trial as well as now the investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed. 3.

After going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

In view of that learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after six months. 5.

The applicant is arrested on 13/04/2021, thus, since last two years he is behind bar.

Considering the same, trial Court shall expedite the trial. The applicant is at liberty to file an application after one year if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
