WRIT PETITION NO. 4892 OF 2015 In the petition, the petitioners claim salary. The State Government pointed out that till the funds are released for disbursement, the management has to pay the salary. However, the basis for such defence is not apparent. Mrs. Hiwase, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 is seeking time of three weeks to point out the relevant Government Resolutions or Circulars.
