Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are subsequent events and instead of amending the petition they would prefer to withdraw the present petition, on instructions and further seeks liberty to file a fresh. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

Though the petition is permitted to withdraw and disposed of, since we have noticed that the proceeding before the Court of the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities is progressing with snail pace, we expect that the Court of Chief Commissioner will look into it and will take steps to expedite the proceedings.
