DATE : October 03, 2018 By this application it is prayed that delay in filing the Second Appeal be condoned. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the application which are supported by medical certificate. The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants on the ground that the reasons assigned are not sufficient.
