This petition takes exception to the order dated 10-10-2024 passed by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Mangrulpir in Regular Civil Suit No.30/2023 below Exhibit-21.

ii.

The petitioner herein has filed the suit for injunction. By the order impugned, the trial Court has rejected the application filed by the petitioner under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure to implead the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad and Education Officer (Primary) as party defendants to the suit.

iii.

It appears that lease in respect of suit land was for only one year i.e. for the agriculture year 2022-2023. The suit filed by the petitioner, therefore, itself does not appear to

2 wp 7163.24.odt be bonafide. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order.

iv.

The petition is dismissed.
