In view of the order proposed to be passed, the service on the respondent nos.3 to 5 is dispensed with.

The petitioner has approached this Court by primarily praying for a direction to the respondent no.1-Minister, Rural Development Department to expeditiously decide the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner-Santosh Khandare. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal was finally heard on 08.10.2025.

In view of this, the respondent no.1 is directed to expeditiously decide the appeal filed by the petitioner preferably within one month from today.
