DATE : 21.03.2017 Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. It would not be necessary to issue notice to the respondent on this application as the respondent was not represented in the Court on 14.10.2016 when the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.

For the reasons stated in the application, the writ petition is restored to file, subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur, within one week.

The misc. civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
