The application is filed for quashing of the First Information Report in connection with Crime No.821/2022 registered with Police Station Hingna, Nagpur. 2.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant, we have shown our disinclination to entertain the application and to issue the notice also, on which, the statement was made by the learned Counsel for the applicant that there is a likelihood of settlement.

On that, we asked the learned Counsel for the applicant, after the matter is settled, you are at liberty to approach this Court. Thereafter, he went outside the Court Hall and brought the Counsel of the informant by informing him that he is called in the Court.

In view of the above circumstances, the learned Counsel for the applicant shall furnish on record his written apology mentioning all these things, and thereafter appropriate orders shall be passed.
