This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.1184/2023 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354(A) and 354(D) of Indian Penal Code, Sections 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Sections 3(1)(w) and 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is applicant's contention that at the instance of one Budhalewar crime has been registered. Applicant would submit that said Budhalewar was blackmailing him. 4.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable on 3.10.2024.
