The grievance of the petitioners pertains to the proceedings initiated by the respondent under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Every prayer which is made in the Petition can be considered by the Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRT). As of fact, we note that the petitioners have already initiated proceedings before the DRT which is registered as S.A. No.9 of 2020. We do not any reason to interfere and in a way intrude on the domain of the DRT. 3.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.
