DATE : September 08, 2017 Notice was issued to the applicants for engaging another counsel as their earlier counsel has expired. This notice has been served on applicant Nos.1(b) to (d). Notice is not served on applicant Nos.1(a) and 1(e) as they were not residing at the address mentioned. All the applicants are the legal heirs of the original petitioner. The applicants who have been duly served have not chosen to enter appearance for prosecuting the application.

Perused grounds raised in the application seeking review of the judgment dated 30/10/2014. After considering the said grounds, I do not find that any case has been made out to exercise review jurisdiction. Hence misc. civil application stands dismissed. JUDGE Asmita
