DATED : 12/03/2024 A limited grievance is being made in this writ petition that petitioner who was working as Assistant Programme Officer under respondent No.2 and on his oral termination when he approached to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, the Tribunal has not accepted the filing of original application, on the ground that there is no written order of termination.

In the circumstances, we direct the Registry of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal to accept the filing of the Original Application raising the grievance against the otherwise termination.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
