This appeal under Section 35G(1) of the Central Excise Act, 1944 ("the Act") challenges the order dated 10th October, 2015 passed by the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal ("the Tribunal").

The Principal Commissioner of Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax (appellant herein) has filed pursis dated 22.03.2017 to the effect that the penalty amount involved is only Rs.15.88 Lakhs. Further, it states that in terms of Central Board Excise,
