The prayer is to grant early date of hearing. In the application, it is stated that the petitioner is entitled for revision of pay-scale and to the benefits under the Sixth Pay Revision.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is facing financial hardships, the application is allowed and disposed of. Writ Petition No. 4861 of 2012 is directed to be listed for hearing in the week commencing from 16.03.2015.
