The application is filed by the applicant for relaxation of the condition. This is the second application for relaxation of condition imposed while granting anticipatory bail. This court has imposed the condition that the applicant shall not enter into the vicinity of village Dhotrabhangoji till culmination of the trial.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has stated that he is a person, who is taking care of the agriculturists in the filed. He is resolving the disputes and is doing the business of selling seeds. Since last one and half Kavita

2 / 2 5- appp 2008-25 year he is away from this business. He has not entered into the village.

3. On 26.11.2024, the application filed by the applicant for relaxation of condition is rejected. The liberty was granted by this Court to approach after six months considering the NCs are filed against this applicant. After six months, now the applicant has again approached before this court.

I have inquired with the learned APP whether during this period any NC was lodged. The learned APP has stated that no complaint is registered during this period. The trial is commenced, and the charge is framed. Considering , the allegations made against this applicant, instigating for crime and he is not the main accused, the condition is relaxed.

Application is allowed and disposed of.
