This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal. Delay is of 153 days.

On 29.1.2020, this Court (Coram :

M.G.Giratkar, J.) issued Notices to non-applicants. Said Notices are duly served to non-applicants. Non-applicant Nos.2 and 3/State are represented by learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms T.H.Udeshi. Nobody is putting appearing on behalf of non-applicant No.1.

Be that as it may, during pendency of this application the applicant/VIDC filed Pursis dated 4.11.2020 whereby the applicant/VIDC sought permission to withdraw the appeal itself. Along with the said Pursis, learned counsel for the applicant/VIDC placed on record a written communication given to him by Authority for withdrawal of .....2/-

In view of the Pursis and in view of the written communication given to learned counsel for the applicant/VIDC for withdrawal of the appeal, I pass following order:

ORDER

(1) Civil Application (CAF) No.275/2020 and First Appeal St.No.21954/2019 stand disposed of as not pressed.

(2) No costs.
