Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that due to the non-removal of the office objection, the application for leave to file an appeal is dismissed by this Court.

He submitted that there was no malafide intention on the part of the applicant to remain absent and to remove office objections, but inadvertently it remained to be removed. Now, he would remove the office objections forthwith.

In view of that, he be permitted to proceed with his application on merits.

None present for the respondent. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, which appears to be just and reasonable one.
