A limited prayer was made on behalf of the petitioners on the previous date of hearing for issuance of a direction against the respondent No.2 to accept the application of the petitioners for regularization of the unauthorized construction. Shri Dhatrak, the learned counsel for the respondent No.2, states that the respondent No.2 would accept the application of the petitioners and would decide the same, in accordance with law. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.2, the grievance of the petitioners would stand redressed.
