At the outset, learned counsel Shri V.D.Muley for the applicant makes a statement that in view of filing of chargesheet before Trial Court, he has instructions from the applicant to withdraw the present application. He submits that liberty be granted to the applicant to file an application for discharge before Trial Court.

The statement is accepted.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file the application for discharge before Trial Court.
