Date : 3 rd March, 2017 For the reasons stated in the application, the permission is granted to make the payment of the dues to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Nagpur, to the extent of Rs.7,20,000/-. As the statement is made by the Official Liquidator that except the income dues, there are no dues outstanding and there is no response received to the advertisement inviting claims published on earlier occasion on 19-2-2016.

In view of above, the compliance of Rule 276 to issue advertisement is dispensed with.

The permission is also granted to dispense with the opening of dividend account and to pay from the personal deposit account of the Company in liquidation.
