DECEMBER 3, 2024 The petition was dismissed as not prosecuted because none appeared for the petitioner on 25/9/2024. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he was occupied in another Court, and despite efforts, failed to reach this Court when the matter was called, and accordingly, the petition came to be dismissed. He further submits that he was diligently attending the petition, and further assures that he will, on each date, remain present and assist the Court. 2] On the basis of assurance, order dated 25/9/2024 is recalled.
