The applicant No.1 has filed this application for modification of the condition in the bail order. 2.

On 19.09.2025, the order was passed and the direction was given to the applicants to attend the Police Station Yavatmal once in a week.

Mr. Akshay Naik, learned Senior Counsel for the applicants has stated that the applicant No.1 is staying in Mumbai. He is 78 years of age. He has undergone the Kidney Transplantation and is having health issue. He attended the Police Station on 22.09.2025 and he faced with a medical problem.

Considering the health issue and the age of the applicant No.1, the condition to attend the Police Station is relaxed.
