CORAM : Z.A. HAQ J.
DATED : 31st December, 2013.
Heard Mr. N.V.Fulzele, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The Writ Petition arises out of order passed by the learned Addl. District Judge rejecting the Application filed by the petitioner praying for an adjournment. The reason given in the adjournment Application is as follows:- "That the counsel for respondent is yet to receive briefs and instructions from the respondent and thus needs time to conduct the matter."
