Having regard to the controversy involved in this appeal, it is mutually agreed between the parties that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, the respondents would continue to pay the amount of Rs.10,000/- per month up to date and from the date of this order, an amount of Rs.20,000/- per month before the 10th of every month in the trial court. Ordered accordingly.

It is further decided and directed that appellant will not be entitled to withdraw this amount during pendency of the proceedings.

The payment will start from 10th July, 2017.

As the suit is of the year 2012, the trial court is directed to expedite the hearing of the suit and decide it as expeditiously as possible within a period of one year.
