Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that limited prayer in this petition is to issue necessary direction to learned Judge, Family Court, Amravati to decide Exh.6 application for maintenance, pending since 16.12.2014.

Considering limited prayer, even without issuing notice to respondent No.1-husband, petition can be considered and decided by issuing suitable direction as from its contents it appears that petitioners in spite of filing such application for grant of maintenance and has made out case for grant of maintenance on the ground of medical emergency of petitioner No.2, her son aged 10 years, application appears to be pending for a considerable period of time for whatsoever reason. Having considered facts in the petition, .....2/-

learned Judge, Family Court, Amravati by this order is requested to consider the same and decide it expeditiously.

Writ petition stands disposed of in above terms.
