DATE : 14/10/2025 Vide order dated 07.07.2022 interim stay was granted to the execution of the impugned decrees. Appeal was admitted on 01.11.2023 and interim order to be continued till final disposal of the appeal.

In view of the above, although the learned Advocate for the respondents opposes the application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is disposed of accordingly.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAS) NO.1440 OF 2023 Permission is granted to correct address of respondent No.2(c) and 5. Appeal memo and civil applications be corrected accordingly.

After amendment is carried out, issue fresh notice to the respondent Nos.2(c) and 5.
