The applicant has filed these two application to correct the name of claimant/respondent Nos.4 and 5. 2.

Earlier by application, the applicant/respondent Nos.1 to 5 seeks permission to change the name of claimant/respondent No.5 from Babita to Vanita and thereafter, after the marriage of respondent Nos.4 and 5, has filed the application to change the name of both the respondent Nos.4 and 5. After marriage, their names are changed as Varsha W/o. Sham Jungare and Vanita W/o. Sameer Wagh respectively.

Both applications are allowed in terms of its prayer clause.

The appellant to amend the appeal within a period of three weeks.
