DATE : 05.12.2016 The statement made by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the stay was granted without hearing the respondent no.1 is not correct. The said statement stands falsified by the order dated 22.3.2010. The interim stay that stands confirmed cannot be vacated, during the pendency of the letters patent appeal.

The civil application stands disposed of.
