1] The learned Advocate for the petitioners who have preferred these two contempt petitions, submits on instructions that the contempt petitions can be disposed off in view of the status having been restored by the respondents pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 12.10.2015.

2 cp30.16 2] The learned Advocates for the respective sides submit on instructions that the possession which was taken over by the purported contemnors, after this Court had passed the order on 12.10.2015, has been handed over and the position existing on the date of the passing of the order by this Court, has been restored. 3] In view of the above, both these contempt petitions are disposed off.

4] The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Society submits that Madhur S/o Surendrakumar Bhotmange, is the present Secretary and Sushma W/o Sudhakar Junghare, is the present President of the Society.

5] List the writ petitions for admission / hearing on 21.1.2020.
