By consent of the parties, the following order is passed.

i.

Impugned order dated 14th October, 2024 passed by the State Government is hereby quashed and set aside.

ii.

The parties shall appear before the State Government on 7th November, 2024.

The State Government shall endeavour to decide the revision filed by the respondent No.4 within a period of two months from the date of appearance of the parties.

Shri Khapre, learned Senior Advocate submits that till the decision of the revision petition, the petitioner society be restrained from taking any policy decision. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to restrain the petitioner society from taking policy decision. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
