ATE : NOVEMBER 8 , 2023 Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed, notice to respondent nos. 2 and 3 is dispensed with. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent no.1.

2] The services of the petitioner came to be transferred on 21/3/2023. The petitioner has on 26/5/2023 and 7/9/2023 made representations to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal to post her at a place nearer to the place where her husband is serving, in view of the fact that she has a child of about six months.

3] In the aforesaid facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.2 to consider the aforesaid representations in accordance with law and take a decision thereon within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order. The said request be considered in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 7/4/2021.
