At the outset, learned counsel Shri R.K.Tiwari for applicants, submitted that he wishes to withdraw the present application for grant of bail. He submitted that learned Judge below be directed to expedite Trial. 2.

Perusal of reply filed on behalf of the State shows that Trial has already been commenced and case is posted on 21.11.2019 for recording evidence of Medical Officer.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.M.Ghodeswar for the State, submitted that he has instructions from his counterpart who is conducting Trial that the Trial is on the verge of completion.
