At the outset, he submits that he has made an application raising preliminary objection before the Tahsidlar; however, the same has not been decided till today.

Since the said issue can very well be dealt with by the respondent no.1-Tahsildar, we direct the respondent no.1-Tahsildar to decide the objection raised by the petitioner, which is preliminary in nature, within a period of eight weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today within a period of two weeks from today.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
