Vide order dated 05/05/2025 the appellant was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- within a period of three months from the date of order.

Learned Advocate for the appellant informs that an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- is already deposited in compliance of the order.

The application is filed seeking extension of time for depositing the balance amount.

4.

Time for depositing amount of Rs.10,00,000/- is extended till 10/10/2025 and for the remaining amount of Rs.3,00,000/- till 12/01/2026. The civil application is disposed of.

5.

In the event, the amount is not deposited within the extended period, the Court may consider vacating the interim order granted on 05/05/2023.
