This is an application for permission to withdraw the balance amount of compensation lying in the Court. 2.

It is pointed out that the appeal is decided vide judgment and order dated 13.02.2024 and that the appeal is dismissed. It is therefore prayed that respondent No.1, whose land was acquired, is entitled for the amount of compensation.

Learned Advocate for the appellant does not dispute the fact that the appeal is dismissed and the amount is lying in this Court.

In view of this, the application is allowed and the applicant/respondent No.1 is entitled to withdraw the balance amount of compensation lying in this Court along with accrued interest. 5.
