DATED :- 18.02.2020 1] On 10.12.2019 this Court passed an order as under:- "Notice of this matter was issued. All the respondents are served.

2] Shri Morande, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos.1 & 2.

3] The petitioner has been selected as Gram Panchayat Water Supply employee. The order of appointment has not been issued merely because the body of Gram Panchayat has undergone change. The respondent Nos.1 and 2 have no objection and according to them, there is no fault in the selection of the petitioner. The other respondents who are opposing, though served, none appears for them.

4] In view of the above, we direct

wp679.19.odt the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner immediately to the post of Gram Panchayat Water Supply employee.

Put up this matter on 18.2.2020."

2] In response to the aforesaid order, the petitioner submits that the respondents have passed resolution dated 27.12.2019 appointing the petitioner on the post of Gram Panchayat Water Supply Employee. As the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
