Though by this civil application, the applicant has sought a stay to the further process of municipal election that is scheduled to be held on 27.11.2016, the learned counsel for the applicant fairly states that the grievance of the applicant would stand redressed, if this Court orders that the decision of the election would be subject to the result of the writ petition. The request is just and reasonable. The civil application is allowed only to the extent that the decision of the election would be subject to the decision of the writ petition. The civil application stands disposed of.
