The learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that after notice was issued in the present writ petition and interim order was granted in favour of the petitioner subject to deposit of Rs.75,000/- (Rs. Seventy Five Thousand) in this Court, the parties have entered into a compromise before the Mediator in the Family Court. It is submitted that as per the terms of the said compromise, the petitioner is required to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rs. Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand) to the respondent and that the terms of compromise have recorded the fact that Rs.75,000/- (Rs. Seventy Five Thousand) have been deposited in this Court in terms of the interim order dated 20.12.2018 passed by this Court and that the balance amount of Rs.1,75,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Seventy Five Thousand) would be deposited in the Family Court.

In this backdrop , the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a request that the amount of Rs.75,000/- (Rs.

WP8665-18.odt Seventy Five Thousand) deposited in this Court may be transferred to the Family Court at Nagpur in Petition No. A/1264 of 2016.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn and the amount of Rs.75,000/- (Rs. Seventy Five Thousand) deposited in this Court by the petitioner is directed to be transferred to the Family Court at Nagpur in Petition No.A/1264 of 2016 within a period of three weeks from today.
