This petition takes exception to the interim order dated 04-09-2024 passed by the learned District Judge-1, Amravati below Exhibit-5 in Regular Civil Appeal No.148/2022. ii.

By the order impugned, the learned first appellate Court has stayed the decree of possession passed by the learned trial Court in favour of the present petitioners. iii.

I am not inclined to entertain the present petition against the impugned order, however, considering the fact that the suit was filed on the ground of bonafide need of the suit premises, the learned first Appellate Court shall endeavour to decide Regular Civil Appeal No.148/2022 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. iv.

The petition is disposed of.
