In the present petition, the following prayers are made by the petitioner :

"A.

After issuing notice to the Respondents, be pleased to direct the Respondents to increase the posts of Chargeman (T/Chem) in proportion to the DBWs, by issuing the writ of Mandamus or by any other writ in the nature of Mandamus or by any appropriate writ, order or direction;

B.

Direct the Respondents to not to migrate the Chargeman from any other trades to the Chemical Trade;

C.

By way of an interim relief direct the Respondents to not to effect the promotions till the proportionate increase in the posts of chargeman (T/Chem) & further be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to send the proposal for the proportional increase in the post of Chargeman (T/Chem);

D.

By way of an ad-interim relief, restrain the Respondents carrying out the promotion as contemplated in the communication dated 23/09/2025 (Annex-C).

Grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts & circumstances of the case." 2.

Considering the prayers made, we are of the opinion that if the respondent No.1 is directed to consider this petition as representation of the petitioner along with the documents filed with this petition and take a decision in the time-bound manner, the purpose would be served. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to treat the present petition as representation of the petitioners and decide the same after taking into consideration the grounds raised therein and the documents filed along with it, within a period of six weeks from the date of furnishing of copy of the petition along with the documents and this order. The petitioners undertake to furnish the copy of the petition along with the documents and this order to the respondent No.1 within two weeks from today. (RAJNISH R. VYAS, J.) (ANIL S. KILOR, J.)
