Seen the FIR as well as reply. It appears that the step daughter of the applicant married with son of the complainant and as such the dispute arose. The allegation is that the applicant along with others, in order to find out whereabouts of the step daughter, kidnapped the father of the boy.

Really speaking, the incident appears to be out of unwillingness for settlement of the marriage. Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.644/2015 is allowed.

(ii) Interim order dated 09.12.2015 passed by this Court is confirmed.
