The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to delete prayer clauses [a], [d], [f] and [g] of the petition. He also seeks to add "Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disability" as party respondent.

returnable on 14.08.2024.

Petitioner by this application seeks to recall our order dated 16.10.2023, by contending that since the petitioner has deleted prayer clauses [a], [d], [f] and [g], there would be no adverse effect on the selected candidates. Moreover, the learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the petitioner will not claim seniority over and above the selected candidates.

In view of above, petitioner submits that since there would be no prejudice to all the selected candidates, the order dated 16.10.2023 may be recalled, by which the petitioner was permitted to implead all the persons borne in the select list. 4.
Since the relevant prayers have been deleted and the petitioner has made a statement that he would not claim any seniority, at this
moment we do not see any prejudice to the rights of selected candidates. In view of this, the directions dated 16.10.2023 to implead all the persons enlisted in the select list is recalled.

Civil Application is disposed of with a clarification that if at the time of final hearing of the matter, this Court feels it necessary, then further call will be taken.
