DATE : 5 th MARCH, 2020 The Caste Scrutiny Committee was to decide the claim regarding the caste of the petitioner pending before it within a period of six months, however, the same is not decided. Therefore, the present contempt petition is filed.

02] During the course of hearing, Shri G.G. Mishra, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case before the Scrutiny Committee is now kept on 6th March, 2020 for hearing. His statement is accepted.

03] Shri N.S. Rao, learned A.G.P. submits that after hearing the case of the petitioner, the caste
