DATE : 24/01/2023 By order dated 09/12/2022, the applicant was admitted to ad-interim anticipatory bail in the subject crime registered with Sadar Police Station, Nagpur which invoked offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 read with Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant was directed to report to the Police Station and act as per the directions of the Investigation Office.
The learned counsel for the applicant categorically make a statement that in compliance thereof he has reported to the Police Station and rendered his co-operation.

The learned APP Mr.Rode, on instructions of Shri.Devidas J. Chopde, A.P.I. who is present in the Court states that there is no denial that the applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and rendered his co-operation. He further make a statement that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

In the wake of the aforesaid statement, the order dated 09/12/2022 is made absolute subject to the stipulation that applicant shall continue to render his co-operation to the Investigating Officer. 4.
Application is disposed of.
