The appeal filed by the appellant/acquiring body is already admitted and therefore, the delay of 2135 days in filing Cross-objection stands condoned, subject to condition that the cross-objector i.e. respondent No.1claimant shall not claim any interest on the enhanced compensation, if granted for the aforesaid delay period. 3.

The cross objection be registered after removal of office objection, if any.
